Our check in time is 2pm. However you can connect with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements. 

Our check out time is 12 noon. For late check out, please inform us prior, this will only be subject to availability. 
Our cancellation policy requires all amendments and cancellations to be made 72hrs prior to the arrival date. Any changes after this time will result in cancellation charges for upto two days at the daily rate booked.
Extra beds for children & baby cots are available on prior booking
Our endeavour to keep the KIN a design forward space doesn’t just extend to the Concept store & Floor room passages (where ofc all the art is for sale) But also to our bedrooms where if you like a piece of furniture or lighting, you can have it at your home! Just contact our Reception for more details
